(ABV 43.5%) Aged 6 months. Aroma is caramel, vanilla with some wood. Taste is oaky, earthy, chocolate and vanilla.
Aroma is baking spices, cereal, light wood spices. Taste is gentle oak note, rich butterscotch, spiced vanilla, developes into soft peppery notes. (ABV 40%)
Aroma is woody and spicy with some floral notes. Taste is creamy and spicy with vanilla, cinnamon and toffee notes and some sweetness. (ABV 40%)
Aroma is wood, nuts, berries, chocolate and sherry. Taste is sweet with molasses, caramel, nuts and spices. (ABV 43%)
(ABV 46%) Aroma is wood and jammy sweetness on the nose, as well as light pepper and dill. Taste is a little red and sweet pepper, mint and green grass. There’s a touch of cinnamon on the finish.
